Q&A with Leyla, Part 2: In-Door Stair Climbing

I do stair climbing indoors in bad weather instead of walking outdoors. Is this worthwhile? The FDA no longer recommends use of radiation shields during X-ray procedures.  What say you? I have a queasy stomach feeling, and my blood sugar is higher than usual.  What are your thoughts? I've been using magnesium taurate to control palpitations and find I need more than usual.
