Movement and physical activity are two major components to keeping headache and migraine pain at bay. Unfortunately, many of our patients find themselves trapped in a vicious cycle of pain triggered by exercise or physical activity, which can then be exacerbated when regular movement is stopped altogether out of fear of another headache or migraine. Dr. Taves and Dr. Stoerzbach wants headache and migraine sufferers to feel empowered to pursue the physical activities they love, so today's podcast is filled with tips on exercising safely and consistently.
